What driver(s) do I need for my video card (Windows 7)?

I put Windows 7 on my computer today, and everything runs perfectly, except that I found out that I need to update the drivers on my video card to work with Aero. This wouldn't be so bad, except that I do not know what video card I have. I know it's an nvidea video card, and I think it's a GeForce model. When I go to Computer>System Properties>Device Manager>Display adapters, it says "Standard VGA Graphics Adapter". So I downloaded CPU-Z to see if it could tell me, but all it said under the "Graphics" tab was Name: "Standard VGA Graphics Adapter" and Code Name: "G96", but it did show the nvidea logo to the side. So, how can I figure out what video card I have so I can download and install the drivers to make it work with Windows 7 and Aero?|||If you want to know which graphics card you have installed then use the following.
