I have windows 7 installed on my machine, is there anyway i can install xp drivers without installing win xp?

because i heard about virtual xp in windows 7, and i already tried to install an xp video card driver on windows 7 but it didnt work, so is there a way it can work? thanks in advance.|||Nope, XP drivers won't work on Windows 7.|||You seem to have a fundamental misunderstanding about what the XP drivers actually do. They don't control the actual physical hardware installed in the machine. They control the virtual hardware provided by the virtual XP program. In no case would you ever use the XP driver for the video card physically present in your machine because that video card is owned by the Windows 7 operating system.

The XP drivers are only used to drive the virtual devices created by the virtual XP program. You can't use XP drivers to control physical devices, other than USB devices owned by the XP system.
