installed redeon x1550 ATI video card, tried installing the drivers but the website only offers vista ATI drivers even though i clicked on windows 7. is it the same thing or is that whats causing my computer to lag. mostly mouse scrolling. and also why is it that video card only works through VGA and not DVI?? when i hook it up to dvi the monitor just keeps blinking every second making impossible to use the computer? someone please help me!!!
my computer is a 32 bit does that matter??

there it is but i pick win 7, 32 bit it automatically downloads the vista one anyways|||It would appear that the X1550 isn't supported for Windows 7 just yet. You could try installing the Windows Vista drivers in compatibility mode by right clicking the exe file and select troubleshoot compatibility.
