How can i install ati radeon 4670 driver to make it work on windows 7 64-bit?

Driver doesn't install. I cannot install the Ati Radeon 4670 driver to Windows 7 64-bit. After installing, it says to reboot and after rebooting nothing happened as if i didn't install the driver. Please Help. What are the steps for me to do to install the driver for my video card to work properly?|||Your problem description is a bit unclear.
