If you are planning on moving from Windows XP to Windows 7, I recommend running the Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor. It will scan your computer and let you know if your computer is ready to run Windows 7. If it's not ready, the Upgrade Advisor will tell you what you need to do before moving to Windows 7: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windo…

Also, here's a step-to-step guide that will help you through the upgrade process: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windo…

Hope this helps and enjoy Windows 7 :)

"Minecraft was unable to start because it failed to find an accelerated OpenGL mode.

I have windows 7 ultimate so,How do i update the video card driver on my computer?

Go to control panel, System and Security, System, Device Manager, then find your Video card double click on it and click driver. Then update driver.|||First you have to find out the manufacturer of your video card by going to My Computer - right click - Device Manager - video adapter. After you know your video card model go to guru3d.com and download your drivers - it's much faster then going to the manufacturer's site.

Good luck|||First make sure you know the exact video card model, if you don't know it, you can use free software like CPU-Z, SIW or HWInfo to find it out. Then go to the manufacturer site and download the appropriate driver. It will come with a setup/install program, which you can run to install the driver.|||It should update and install it Automatically. If not, then visit its manufactures site and look under 'Support', . Windows 7 nearly always updates these kinds of drivers automatically though. Best wishes to you.|||Go to the video card manufacturers website and there should be a section for downloading drivers for your card.Find the latest driver and install it

Where can I find a WDDM compatible windows 7 video card driver?

I have an Intel pentium M processor and I can't find any anywhere.|||A Pentium M is a processor and not a video card. Post the name of the video card so someone can find the driver.

Can I ask for a Video Card driver for intel mobile series 4 chipset family for windows 7 ultimate 64 bit.?

I'm using my lenovo thinkpad t60 with an integrated video card. I wanted to update my driver but the one found in the Intel website says i cannot install because it says the driver being installed is not validated for this computer. Although the driver I'm trying to install is the same driver for Intel mobile series 4 chipset family.

Is there any other driver websites available for downloading drivers?|||The latest Intel graphics driver is usually available through Windows Update. If you run Windows Update it will install it if you need it, if it doesn't then you already have the latest driver. Unlike a lot of manufacturer's virtually all Intel drivers are available this way, so you don't usually need to search Intel's website for them.|||why not try this Driver Navigator,it can automatically detect and download the drivers you need for your computer. immediately detects your system’s hardware, locates out-of-date or missing drivers and replaces them with the latest versions. i usually use it to help me update my drivers and it works well for me, you can have atry.|||Windows 7 needs signed drivers indeed.

The first place to look is the Lenovo support website, and then the Intel (which you have already tried).

Other than that you could find a driver finder program of course.

How do I download windows 7 driver for NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GS video card?

When I try to play a dvd it says I have to upgrade the driver for my video card. After putting info online it came up with this video card. I hope it's the one I have. But where do I find a download for my HP laptop? I did find the site Blitware but don't know if that's what I need. This laptop has been upgraded to Windows 7 recently and the crazy thing is I watched a dvd a few days ago with no problem. Now I cannot get it to run the dvd without upgrading a driver. Anyone understand what's up with this laptop? thanks|||http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index5.as…
